About the Role

Key Responsibilities include Provide administrative support to team members (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, data entry activities, etc.); Assist the Managing Director in marketing initiatives, including market research, content creation, preparing presentations, and social media coordination; Support the coordination and execution of company projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively; Participate in meetings, take meeting notes/minutes, and assist with follow-up actions; Assist with organizing company events, workshops, or seminars as needed; and Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects, providing creative input and administrative support.
