CIEE Palma is located inside the UIB Sa Riera host university building in downtown Palma, making it convenient for students to reach out to CIEE staff between classes. The building is a 10-minute walk to Palma's waterfront, near the main square and shopping district, and surrounded by cafeterias, restaurants, and shops. 

Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB)
Established in 1978 and descendent of Mallorcan universities dating back to the fifteenth century. UIB is a public institution with 13,000 students specializing in 36 different majors. UIB is a university rooted in the culture and identity of the Balearic Islands and the Mediterranean, with a strong commitment to serving society, sustainability, and respect towards the environment. UIB Campus is 4 miles from downtown Palma by Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site mountains. It is well connected to the center of Palma and 15-minutes by metro.
