About the Role

The company is seeking a proactive and organized intern to support their dynamic team. This internship provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with our Managing Director and other team members. You will engage in a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to assisting with marketing and special projects, offering valuable exposure across various functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities include Provide administrative support to team members (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, data entry activities, etc.); Assist the Managing Director in marketing initiatives, including market research, content creation, preparing presentations, and social media coordination; Support the coordination and execution of company projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively; Participate in meetings, take meeting notes/minutes, and assist with follow-up actions; Assist with organizing company events, workshops, or seminars as needed; and Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects, providing creative input and administrative support.

This role's research area can be Financial Time Series Analysis (Focusing on risk control, anomaly detection, and quantitative investment research based on stock market trends and trading data); or Deep Learning Algorithms (Related research areas include language large models, AIGC, FinGPT, computer vision, image processing, web scraping, and natural language processing). Chinese capacity at work required.
