Weekend in Granada
¡Hola!
This last weekend we visited one of the most beautiful cities in Spain: Granada. Our students loved the presence of islamic art in the city, especially the majesty of the Alhambra, one of the most importants monuments in the world. We could also enjoy the visits to the Catholic cathedral as well as the Royal Chapel where Isabel and Fernando, the Spanish Catholic Monarchs have been buried for the last 600 years!!
And of course there was time to enjoy an authentic Flamenco show. The weather was perfect and everyone had also time to explore the city on their own and enjoy some delicious "tapas".
Next study tour: VALENCIA.
Stay tuned!!

Getting Around Palma: Safe, Walkable, and Student-Approved
Navigating Palma is simple, safe, and perfect for students. After six months living in the city, first as a study abroad student and then as a CIEE intern, I’ve found that public transportation is affordable and easy to use with a bus pass, and the city’s walkability means most places are just 20 minutes away on foot. Whether you're heading to class or exploring the island, Palma’s friendly layout and reliable transit make it easy to feel at home and independent abroad.
