About the Role

This role offers a dynamic blend of architectural design and visual communication, with approximately 70% of the responsibilities focused on architecture and 30% on graphic design and communication. On the architectural side, the position involves supporting the development of project drawings, designs, and sketches, as well as contributing to the graphic charter through 3D modeling using tools such as AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit, or Artlantis. It also includes monitoring project calls and gaining exposure to the construction process by shadowing and potentially attending site meetings.

The remaining portion of the role centers on enhancing the organization’s communication strategy. This includes tasks such as web design, refining the corporate identity, and managing social media platforms like LinkedIn to strengthen the firm’s digital presence and outreach.

The company is a young and dynamic start-up, composed of 3 members and specializing in architecture and landscaping. The company embraces the values of sustainable development and its main purpose is to promote architectural and landscaping projects that put the user first, with a low or positive impact on the environment while still being economically viable. 


Thus, they mostly work on renovating collective and public buildings, social housing, building water treatment plants and drinking water plants, creating landscape design and more rarely on individual housing. This young start-up (September 2024) is composed of 2 young dedicated members and specializes in organizing tailored trips for adults with disabilities. This travel agency offers a complete range of services (catalog trips and custom trips in France and abroad) so that everyone, regardless of their handicap or disability, can enjoy a vacation in complete serenity, regardless of the time of year. The founders of Adéona Voyages believe in the power of travel to transform lives and form a passionate team committed to inclusion and excellence in the field of accessible tourism.


The agency primarily works with medicalized homes and individuals with multiple disabilities and low autonomy. Their mission consists in organizing vacation trips adapted to different situations by ensuring accessible and comfortable accommodation, activities suited to everyone's abilities, and comprehensive support before, during, and after the stay. To achieve this, they rely on a network of partners and a team of 20 facilitators trained in the medico-social field. The two peak times of the year are from April to September (spring and summer vacations) and the holiday season (December - early January). The period from January to April is more dedicated to prospecting partners, designing new trips for the catalog, and preparing trips for the current year.
