No exploration of Australian music would be complete without mentioning AC/DC, one of the most iconic rock bands of all time. Formed in Sydney in the 1970s, AC/DC's electrifying performances and hard-hitting anthems, such as "Highway to Hell" and "Thunderstruck," have made them household names around the world. With their unmistakable riffs and powerhouse vocals, AC/DC continues to inspire generations of rock fans both in Australia and beyond. 


  Midnight Oil 

Known for their socially conscious lyrics and electrifying live performances, Midnight Oil emerged from the streets of Sydney in the 1970s to become one of Australia's most influential bands.
