On Thursday, our students took to the streets of the City of Lights for another adventure! Today’s excursion took us to the Champs-Elysées and Arc de Triomphe.  Students had time to explore one of the most famous boulevards in the world...full of both history and fashion.

The Champs-Elysées and Arc de Triomphe.

After a brief shower, the skies cleared and we climbed the 284 steps to the top of one of Paris’ most famous and reconizable monuments…the Arc de Triomphe.  After a brief history discussion, the students were able to take in the breathtaking views from the top of the Arc de Triomphe.

The students spent time admiring the sweeping views from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. They couldn't resist taking pictures of another nearby monument...

This is has been an AMAZING, busy first week! We can't wait to see what next week holds...
