The Destination

Welcome to Osaka, a dynamic global city with a heart for innovation.

Known for its vibrant energy and entrepreneurial spirit, Osaka beautifully blends rich cultural heritage with innovative city life. As Japan’s third-largest city, it’s quickly becoming a leading hub for technological advancements, particularly in robotics. With a strong emphasis on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education, Japan continues to break new ground in technology—and Osaka puts you at the center of it all.

Nicknamed “Japan’s Kitchen,” every meal is an adventure in Osaka. Grab a bite from a bustling street vendor, sip a matcha latte on your way to class, and taste your way through local food specialties like okonomiyaki or kushikatsu. Discover historic landmarks like Osaka Castle and Shitennō‑ji before visiting Namba’s neon lights. Whether you’re exploring its dynamic atmosphere or witnessing cutting-edge breakthroughs, Osaka offers an unforgettable summer abroad.
