The Destination
Welcome to Buenos Aires, where legendary stadiums, historic neighborhoods, and unforgettable culture await.
Buenos Aires is the beating heart of Argentine soccer. Home to legendary clubs like Boca Juniors and River Plate, the city has produced countless world-class players who helped capture three FIFA World Cup championships. Club loyalty runs deep here, with many families supporting the same team for generations and passing their passion from parents to children.
Beyond the pitch, Buenos Aires blends European elegance with Latin American spirit. Wander through 48 barrios lined with Belle Époque mansions, Spanish colonial churches, Art Deco buildings, and grand Parisian-style avenues. Browse one of the city’s 730+ bookstores (the highest concentration per capita in the world) and sample local favorites like empanadas, smoky asado, flaky facturas (pastries), and traditional mate. There’s also incredible nature sitting right on the city’s edge: the 850-acre Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur, home to wetlands, walking trails, and hundreds of bird species.

Top Rated Activities
Overnight at a Traditional Estancia
Escape the city for an overnight stay at a traditional Argentine estancia (ranch), where you’ll experience the customs and hospitality of the legendary gauchos, Argentina’s skilled horsemen and cattle ranchers. Your destination is one of the hidden treasures of Buenos Aires Province: a beautifully preserved 19th-century castle that once belonged to one of Argentina’s prominent families and now welcomes guests for a truly unique countryside stay. Surrounded by the sweeping grasslands of the Pampas, you’ll have time to unwind and enjoy nature.
Savor a traditional asado featuring Argentina’s famous barbecue alongside homemade empanadas and other regional specialties. Ride horseback across the countryside, watch skilled gauchos demonstrate their horsemanship, and enjoy folkloric music that celebrates Argentina’s rural heritage.
Day Trip to the Tigre Delta
Just an hour from downtown Buenos Aires, step into a completely different world at the Tigre Delta, a vast network of rivers, islands, and wetlands formed by the mighty Paraná River. Covering nearly 5,400 square miles, it’s the fifth-largest delta in the world and home to more than 350 rivers and streams! Cruise through peaceful waterways as you discover how generations of residents have adapted to life on the water, where boats replace cars and nature shapes everyday routines.
Take in colorful birds, turtles, and lush riverside forests as you explore one of Argentina’s richest ecosystems. Along the way, you’ll stroll through the charming town of Tigre, browse local artisan markets, and experience a slower pace of life that feels worlds away from the bustling streets of Buenos Aires.
