The Summer Place is definitely one place that you should visit before leaving Beijing. The sheer fact that the Place is built into a mountain shows the innovation of the Chinese people. The buildings shown in the photographs showcase the rich history of Beijing. We had to put in the effort of climbing rocks and stairs, but at each level the scenery increased in its beauty and stunned us all. Even though it was very hot, the different cultures there and the amazing history definitely was worth it.
