Kayla A.

Kayla Arriazola is from a small boarder town called, Rio Grande City, Texas. Rio Grande City can be found along, the border between Texas and Mexico. In 2011, she was apart of the first graduating class of Grulla High School. Following graduation, she attended Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi. During her time as a undergraduate student, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts. She earned her Teaching English as a Second Language Certification (TESOL).  As a liberal arts major, she was able to enhance her reading and writing skills. She studied abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland for five weeks taking a class about Harry Potter. She got the opportunity to live in a castle called Dalkieth. She is currently in the education career path. Although years have passed since graduating college, her dream was to get the chance to travel and work abroad as a (TESOL) teacher. Helping other has always been a passion of mine. This career is perfect blend of helping other learn English toward their own personal or professional goals in life.

I can't wait to share my experience with you in Spain. However for now, I will be sharing my life, these summer months in preperation for working with CIEE in the fall!
