Welcome to Session 2 of the Language and Culture Program in Ferrara, Italy!
Here are some of our first impressions of the beautiful city of Ferrara.
- The food here is delicious. Ferrara's classic dish, cappellacci alla zucca con ragù, is a culinary delight. It is pasta filled with pumpkin and topped with meat sauce.
- The architecture is stunning. All of Italy is filled with gorgeous buildings, and Ferrara is no exception.
- Ferrara is the city of bicycles. Students with the ability to ride bikes all received them yesterday and can now be seen zooming around town.
The adventure continutes this week with visits to a local pottery studio, an organic farm, and a tour of Ferrara's castle. Stay tuned!
