La comida de despedida (Farewell Meal)
The 4 weeks of total Spanish immerson in Alicante have flown by. Students have grown in their knowledge of the Spanish culture, improved their Spanish-speaking skills, made lifeling friends from across the U.S., discovered new places, and have constantly put themselves outside of their comfort zone. To celebrate a fun and successful study abroad experience, students, along with their Program Leaders and Spanish Instructors, went to the Explanadas for "una comida de despedida," in other words, a farwell meal.
