Hip Hop Workshop
What is Hip Hop? It's a dance style that was created in the 70's by Afrika Bambaata in the Bronx to create a positive movement uniting adults and children in their neighborhoods. It arrived in France in the 80's. Hip Hop includes the following disciplines: Rap, Graffiti, Hip Hop Dance, DJ, and Beat Box.
Our students were divided into 2 groups and attended this workshop on 2 different days. For students in Groups A and B, they attended on Tuesday, June 18th and students in Groups C and D, they attended on Thursday, June 20th. Here are some of the videos and photos taken by their program leaders; Morgane, Aisha, Jennifer and Tracy.
