The Destination
Welcome to Paris, a bohemian capital where artists and dreamers have gathered for centuries.
Paris helped spark some of the most influential art movements in modern history, from Impressionism, shaped by artists like Claude Monet and Edgar Degas, to Cubism and Surrealism, which transformed modern art. The Latin Quarter drew writers like Ernest Hemingway and Gertrude Stein, while neighborhoods like Montmartre still carry the city’s bohemian spirit through its delicious café culture and dusty independent bookshops. Paris has always been a city that inspires.
Taste the city through warm crêpes from a street stand, buttery croissants from neighborhood bakeries, or falafel in Le Marais. Picnic in Jardin du Luxembourg, browse riverside bookstalls along the Seine, and watch painters work in Place du Tertre. From market stalls to rooftop views, Paris invites you and new friends to wander, observe, and find beauty around every corner.

Top Rated Activities
Day Trip to Versailles
Step into French history on a day trip to the Palace of Versailles, the extraordinary royal estate about an hour from Paris, built under Louis XIV, the “Sun King.” Explore the glittering Hall of Mirrors, grand state apartments, and formal gardens where fountains, sculptures, and geometric pathways stretch across nearly 2,000 acres. Beyond the palace, visit the pink-marble Grand Trianon and the Queen’s Hamlet, where Marie Antoinette created an idealized countryside retreat complete with cottages and gardens.
Welcoming millions of visitors each year, Versailles remains one of Europe’s great artistic masterpieces. For young artists, it’s also an unforgettable place to sketch ornate details, study symmetry and design, and experience how architecture, landscape, and imagination come together on a monumental scale.
Day Trip to Provins
In the 12th and 13th centuries, Provins was one of medieval Europe’s great fair towns, where merchants arrived with silks and spices, knights passed through fortified gates, and crowded marketplaces pulsed with music, trade, and spectacle. Protected by massive stone walls and watchtowers, this hilltop town thrived at the crossroads of major Champagne trade routes, and much of that world still survives today. Climb the 196 steps of the medieval César Tower, wander old merchant streets and hidden passageways, and imagine life inside one of France’s most important medieval strongholds.
With friends, snap selfies against the surrounding countryside from tower views, sample Provins’ famous rose candies, and roam cobbled lanes lined with half-timbered houses. In summer, the town even stages medieval festivals with costumed performers, falconry, and jousting that bring its past roaring back to life.
