¡Cádiz! 2022
What an amazing day we had in Cádiz!
Students ate breakfast, prepared themselves for the day trip and then met their program leaders and local guides at 8:45 am at a common meet up point in Sevilla. (Students have done such a great job of learning to navigate the city and public transportation!) From the meet up point, we loaded onto buses to Cádiz.
After about an hour and fifteen minutes, we arrived at the port of Cádiz. Each student group and program leader was led by its own local guide, accompanied also by a program leader.
The Cádiz city tour included the old Cádiz cathedral, the newer Cádiz cathedral including the bell tower, a Spanish market, a Roman theater, a dip in the Atlantic Ocean at Las Caletas and a final stop at municipal pools. Wow!
What a spectacular experience!!!!!
The group made it back to Sevilla around 8:00 pm and headed home for a much needed rest.
