And we're back!
Hola todos and welcome! Here we are again for Session 2, in Palma de Mallorca, the best location for sea life and marine biology exploration in the Mediterranean. We asked our students what are they most excited about these next three weeks and here is what they had to say:
“ I’m most excited to be up close with marine life!” - Sarah Luckett
“ I’m most excited about fieldwork activities and the marine life! And how to help improve the environment.” - Ella Ridgeway
“I’m excited for the local life.” - Miguel Borras
“ I’m excited to go camping and see Spain’s wildlife.” - program leader Giancarlo
After a long day of traveling, I was happy to hear that most of our students were excited to learn! The next day we had orientation and went to a local beach and had a fun day of ice breakers. We got to know each other by asking each other questions like; "How many siblings do you have? What is your dream job? What’s your most embarrassing moment?
Can’t wait to see what else we will discover from each other, our host families and sea! Hasta luego!
