My name is Lily Gaitan and I am doing CIEE's High Scool Abroad program in Madrid, Spain for the 2018-2019 school year. I'm fifteen years old and live in Portland, Oregon where I live with my mom, dad, twin brother, sister, dog, and cat. Some things I like to do are ski, play softball, write, and I love learning. I decided to study abroad to immerse myself in a new culture and learn more about the world around me. I am also here to perfect my Spanish and better myself as a person. By the end of this year I hope to have made new frienships and relationships that I can carry with me my entire life.
