Visit to Butlers Chocolates
What a great trip for the Global Entrepreneurship program. The business was started in 1932 by Marion Butler. It was originally called Chez Nous Chocolates. Then, in 1959, Seamus Sorensen bought the company. As a tribute to Marion Butler, he changed the name to Butlers Chocolates. The students took a factory tour to learn how their chocolate was made. They also were able to decorate a chocolate animal with white chocolate icing.
