Un Paris-Brest, s'il vous plaît!
France's culinary tradition is among the best in the world. From elaborate dishes, delectable sauces, to unparalleled desserts, France is a food lover's paradise.
On Tuesday, half of our students attended a pastry workshop at Labo & Gato where they worked with a professional pastry chef to create a delicious sweet treat called a Paris-Brest. We were amazed how much goes into making a pastry and gained a new appreciation for the artwork that that can be found in patisseries all over the French world.
