Tapas Class
After an active weekend of discovery and fun, we started out the week with a Tapas class.
We got to Enjoy Cooking Barcelona school, and met David and Josh, our cooking teachers. They would teach us hot to make delicious traditional Spanish dishes.
They split the group in four teams and each team would be in charge of getting something done. Then we would rotate so everybody got to participate in all stages of the processes.
Everyone made their own Tortilla española almost from scratch —they had the potatoes precooked.
We also sliced the bread for the tapas, and made the toppings. Oh, and we stuffed and shaped the traditional empanadas, although we didn't fry them ourselves.
When everything was ready, the chefs set the table and we enjoyed the delicious food!!!
