Let's Make Traditional Sweets!

Traditional Japanese sweet making in Kyoto! 

Students got to make their own clouds and rainbows from various traditional sweetened bean mixtures and natural food dye powders. Combined with traditionally made matcha, it was quite a balanced experience!
