Today, students visited the headquarters of Toulouse's regional newspaper, La Dépêche du Midi, to explore each step of the printing process.
We observed journalists hard at work with research and editing, learned how robots carry and place the massive rolls of paper, identified how color is added, and stood where the final copies get loaded for early morning deliveries.
It was an incredibly eye-opening experience for all!
