La clase de tapas
To close the week, we attended a cooking class to learn how to make some typical Spanish tapas. Under the guidance of the chef and his assistant, the students took over the kitchen! Everyone was excited to get their hands messy and work as a team to make some tasty dishes. Students worked at different stations to prepare the following:
- Bacalao en tempura gabardina
- Torilla de patatas y cebolla
- Coca amb toñina
- Coca alicantina
- Buñuelos de morcilla rellenos de mozarella
- Ensaladilla rusa

Afterwards we all got to dig in and enjoy their creations.
