Homemade Empanadas
Ingredients:
Dough
- Corn flour
- Salt
- Minced garlic
- Water
Filling
- Shredded cheese
- Refried blackbeans
*Canola oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Mix dough until smooth
2. Form into 5 balls and then flatten on a sheet of plastic.
3. Add filling
4. Fold the plastic onto itself, closing the empanada
5. Pinch the sides to seal
6. Fry in oil until golden brown
7. Enjoy!
