Giving Back to the Local Community

Bom dia! Today was difforent than most of our days. In this program, every day is difforent but we didn't have any classes today. Insted of morning classes, we did a few hours of comunity service. The local fishery towns near Lisbon have recently decided to take back their natural landscape that was trampled by industry near by and torists. We helped them clean up/build their walking path to the beach and helped build a fence to go around the dunes to pretect the natural beauty. 

With hard work comes a much needed reward. We ended up playing at the beach for the rest of the afternoon. We played a lot of soccer and vollyball as well as swimming and tanning.
