First Day of Class!
Yesterday was a very busy Monday for our GE students in Dublin! It was the first day of in-person class at Griffith College with their instructor Emma Jayne Corcoran. They were excited to get back into a classroom after the online classes last week and collaborate all together! After class, we had time to wander around George's Street Arcade to get a bite to eat, browse the shops and pick up souvenirs. Then we visited the National Archeology Museums. The curious students could wander around the historic museum and see ancient treasure, viking artifacts and lots of bog mummies! We ended the day with a walking ballad tour with our guide/balladeer Sean. He took us to meaningful spots around the city center, told stories and sang us old Irish songs. Of course the students joined in as well!
