Final Day: Art Exhibition
The past three weeks have flown by, but today was our last full day in Madrid. We started the morning by sharing our final projects. We had the creativity and freedom to choose from a variety of mediums to reflect on our experiences in Madrid and create a piece based on what we learned. Some of us painted, created collages, used mixed media, or created videos to commemorate our time here exploring the arts and honing our craft. After we presented our projects, we had a walk through art exhibition with all of the art we created over the past few weeks. Our ceramics, paintings, drawings, and jewlry were all on display for our teachers and program leaders. It was a great way to reflect and see how much we created and learned in Madrid.
