Clase de cocina
Hola!
Yesterday the Global Navigators participated in a clase de cocina (cooking class). Students were divided into groups to make traditional Spanish tapas. Tortilla de patatas (a typical Spanish potato dish), Gazpacho (a cold tomato drink) and Ensalada rusa (russian salad) were all on the menu.
Students were in charge of everything from peeling potatoes to flipping the tortilla de patata. After an hour and a half of hard work, students brought their plate to the table and enjoyed a delicious typical Spanish meal together. Make sure to ask your Global Navgiator to make you one of these delicious meals when they return from Spain!
Hasta luego!
