Ciutadella Park and Barrio Born
Students were introduced to the medieval history of Barcelona through a walking tour of the Born Barrio and Ciutadella Park. Highlights included Santa Catarina market, the church of Santa María del Mar, and several historic monuments. The tour concluded in front of "Cascada Monumental", a beautiful fountain where students were able to take photos of themselves with their new friends! Afterward, students practiced their new skills of navigating their way home through the metro!
