Hello! My name is Mollie Watts, I am an 18-year old student traveler currently spending a Gap Year Abroad Semester in Legon, Ghana. I have had a desire to travel and help others since I was very young. In the start of my senior year of high school, I decided that I was going to graduate early and embark on an exchange program. I approached my parents with my idea and they supported my ambitions; we began my early grad process and application. The following three months prior to my departure included a lot of homework, packing lists, immunizations, and goodbyes. This blog is where I will be sharing my experiences as I am living and volunteering abroad. Read along to learn more about what life is like here in Ghana- I'm sure it'll be an addition to your bucket list.
