Biography

  • Pam Delfosse is the World Language and International Education Consultant at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. She collaborates with K-16 educational leaders to support State Standards for World Languages development and implementation. She oversees teacher education program reviews, the Global Education Achievement Certificate program, international program partnerships, and world language education standards review and revision.She also works with STARTALK, American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL), and National Council of State Supervisors for Language. Pam has a M.Ed. in Educational Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a licensed educator of Japanese and English as a Second Language, and has completed Principal and Director of Instruction certification programs at Edgewood College.
