What is Theatre?

A wise man once said that theatre is an art form that requires an empty space, an audience, and actors.  But does that truly make it theatre? Today the Theatre Behind the Scene students attended their first class with their instructors Simon and Abraham.  The students got the opportunity to give their perspective of what they felt theatre encompasses.  The students got to disclose what they felt their favorite piece of theatre was and what made it stand out to them.  The class ended with students participating in improvised scenes that they created themselves.
