Second week in Shanghai
In this second week, students were getting an opportunity to explore the culture and language more in depth. Students spent the previous weekend exploring the water town of Zhujiajiao. Students got the opportunity to learn and practice a few kinds folk dance including Monglolian, Uighur and Dai styles of dance. Students then were then able to go to the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum and try their hand at the prinicples of bridge engineering! The last few days students learned in depth about story and culture surrounding the tale Journey to the West and the Monkey, exploring it through interactive theater.
