Parles valencià?
Imagine our participants' surprise when after three weeks of learning Spanish they arrive to Valencia... To find out they speak a different language! Well, obviously, they speak Spanish too; but Spain shares many languages in some parts of the country, and this is one of them.
Worry not, for they were not as preocupied about the language as they were about having enough time to go to the beach. A much needed rest! Luckily there were moments of peace amongst the very packed schedule. Our participants had the opportunity to walk the city and see the Cathedral, the very beautiful city center, go on a boat ride, and not one, but TWO museums.
This weekend has given them the chance to see a different part of the country; with new architecture, food, places to discover, and a different weather too - to everyone's relief.
