Moroccan buddies!

Today for our intercultural activity, CIEE invited some moroccan high school students to the center to have discussions with our students on cultural topics. They compared differences and similarities between American and Moroccan cultures through the topics of food, music, festivals, school, people, rituals, family, friends etc. They talked in small groups for 30 minutes in French and presented summaries of their conversations in a whole group activity at the end. These conversations help grow their communication skills and intercultural knowledge which are both important goals of our program.
