Let's make Pizza!!

Today students had the unique opportunity to learn how to make real Italian Pizza!!! Students met a group of professional "pizzaioli acrobati" (free style pizzamen) from Naples who revealed the real secrets on how to make an authentic pizza. They told them the story of  Queen Margherita who came from the Northern regions of the country and was curious to try the southern delicacy she had heard so much about. Needless to say, she loved it so much that the royal pizzaman named his most popular pizza after the queen....that's the secret behind the name of Pizza Margherita! Supervised by this amazing pizzamen team, students prepared and enjoyed their own pizza! A real delicious afternoon with a surprising ending: the leader of the pizzamen team entertained all of us with a fantastic free-style pizza making demonstration!
