Las Conservas de Santa Rosa
These past two days were spent at our second site, Las Conservas de Santa Rosa, a company founded by a group of women who were looking to take charge of their own future. We helped these wonderful women with the tasks necessary to keep the business going: jam making, packaging, and dish washing.
In the afternoon we had to say adios to our beloved Imelda, our Spanish teacher for the past two weeks.
We are looking forward to a fun and exciting callejoneada tonight and our final day at Las Conservas de Santa Rosa tomorrow!
