Journey through history: Our students visit the iconic Castello Sforzesco
Last week, our students had the incredible opportunity to visit Castello Sforzesco, one of Milan's most cherished landmarks. A must-see for tourists, school groups, and proud Milanese alike, this historic fortress has stood the test of time, witnessing battles, transformations, and key events throughout the centuries. It has been home to both the Visconti and Sforza families and has undergone numerous restorations. Today, it houses several museums and serves as the venue for unique exhibitions and installations. During their visit, our students were captivated by the castle's grandeur. They eagerly snapped photos of the monuments and marveled at the rich history of this iconic symbol of Milan. The trip was not just educational but also an unforgettable experience, sparking a newfound appreciation for the city's vibrant past.
