Our last week in London was definitely one to remember. We survived the record-setting heatwave (38.1 celcius, 100.6 fahrenheit), saw the instructors perform an original piece, sat in on rehearsal with local teens, shared our original pieces, and celebrated the friendships that were made. Friday afternoon and Saturday morning were filled with tears as we said "see you later" to a beautiful city, an amazing learning experience, and fresh but deep friendships.
I'm going to let the pictures do the talking for this post, but I have to say that I am incredibly grateful to have had the chance to work with these students. Their drive, talent, and compassion inspire me and are not something I will easily forget.
