Hanbok (한복) and the Gyeongbokgung Palace (경복궁)
After a week of being in Seoul, a lot of our navigators became interested in the traditional Korean culture clothing, known as Hanbok. Currently, Korean's usually were the hanbok for semi-formal and formal occasions, such as for ceremonies or festivals. Due to the high interested, we decided to take the navigators to a shop near the Gyeongbokgung Palace, where they are able to choose from a wide selection of coloful hanbok to try on. Afterwards, we then took a tour at the palace dressed in our hanbok. The navigators were able to see all the living quaters, study halls, meeting areas, and much more of the royalty during the Joseon dynasty.
