Fare la pasta! / Making pasta!

On July 22 and 23, the group split in halves to make pasta with our master pasta chef, Fabiana. She showed us how to make the dough using flour and eggs (typical of this part of Italy, where as in the south, they only use flour and water), how to roll it correctly, then how to form into different shapes. Students did a great job under the direction of an expert pasta maker!
