Cooking Class in Alicante

The students learned to make some authentic Spanish dishes: Coca Alicantina, Ensaladilla Rusa, and Gazpacho.
Coca is a typical dish of Alicante. It is similar to pizza but without the cheese.
Ensaladilla Rusa is a typical Spanish dish. It is similar to Potato Salad.
And of course most people have heard of Gazpacho. A cold, tomato based soup/drink.
