Beach Day in Copenhagen!
During our first week in our Climate Change Policy and Advocacy Program, we went to Amager Strand which is on the beach!
There, we attended a lecture about Middelgrundens Vindmøllelaug which is an offshore windfarm. We got to learn about the history of the windfarm, how it contribute's to energy in Copenhagen and all the different people involved. We even got to see the coast of Sweden from where we were!
After our lecture, we got to have some time to play around on the beach and enjoy pizza together before we took a beautiful walk home.
