Shannon S.

Shannon is a 2022 graduate of the Ohio State University with degrees in English and Spanish. She studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain, in the spring of 2022 during her last semester in college, and loved it so much that she has decided to come back and gain more work and life experiences in España! Last year, prior to coming to Madrid, Shannon worked in a Parks and Recreation Department and as a substitute teacher in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Shannon hopes all of her experiences here will be a good launch into the education field, and she hopes to learn more Spanish, travel, and meet lots of new people. Shannon hopes that her blog will be an honest look into her life here in Spain and she also hopes to assuage many of the concerns you may have before starting your new life abroad.
