Somehow, I've become too comfortable in my life and routine here, and I find that I'm desperately in need of a shake-up. I'm calling this my "plateau," and this post is about breaking monotony after establishing a routine.

After living in Latvia for a few months when I studied abroad, I've become something of a Latvia devotee. It's been three years since I moved away and still won't shut up about how good of a time I had there, so this is me just trying to share the wealth.

As a former resident of Edinburgh, Scotland, and amateur tour guide to any friends or acquaintances visiting the city, I finally have a platform on which it's appropriate and relevant to share my unsolicited Edinburgh itinerary.
