Sophia's Program

My name is Sophia Gray and I am from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I have lived the last 18 years of my life in the lovely city of San Diego located in California. I am currently an Assistant Principal at a Middle School in San Deigo County. Prior to this I used to teach Graphic Design, Film, and Multimedia to high school students at Montgomery High School in San Diego. I was also the coordinator in charge of KMMI (a 3 year academy for students aspiring to work in the Film Industry). I will be finishing my Masters in Educational Leadership in two more weeks and will be pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I am extremely excited to be a Program Leader for the World Government program in Amsterdam! I love traveling, learning about new cultures, and seeing new sights. Apart from this, I have a passion for the arts and enjoy surrounding myself with creativity and creative people. I am excited to meet my students, explore the city with them, and learn new things as a group. My hope is that we all walk away from this having grown from the experience. I look forward to working with each of you in the beautiful city of Amsterdam.
