After performing in China as a living mannequin at the age of 13, I came back to the US with a love for the language and culture of the Middle Kingdom. I've been studying Chinese for 13 years, and got my Master's in Education before becoming a high school Chinese teacher. I have been to China 6 times for various reasons: performing, education, and work. Besides travel, I love to dance. With a variety of experiences and a solid grasp on the language, I intend to use my knowledge and skills to help CIEE students have their best summer ever by keeping them safe, yet pushing them make memorable experiences.
