Laura A. Brege, MBA

Laura Brege is a Senior Advisor to BridgeBio, a company focused on discovering and developing drugs for patients with grievous genetic diseases.  Previously she was Managing Director of Cervantes Life Science Partners, LLC, a health care advisory and consulting company.

Laura has more than 30 years of executive-management experience in the technology, biotechnology, and venture-capital industries, having previously held several senior-level positions at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and serving as a general partner at Red Rock Capital Management, a venture-capital firm specializing in early-stage financing for technology companies. In addition, she has served as chief financial officer (CFO) at COR Therapeutics, helping to build the company from an early-stage research and development company; as CFO at Flextronics, Inc.; and as treasurer of The Cooper Companies.

Laura serves on the board of directors of Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Edgewise Therapeutics, and Numab Therapeutics.
