Pack Perfectly Every Time: A Guide to Getting Your Luggage Right
The first time I ever flew alone, I was 14 years old. My best friend had moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, and my mom said that she’d let me fly by myself (from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) to visit her if I could save up the money for the plane ticket.
I learned two skills very quickly: how to save money, and how to travel alone.
Since then, I have traveled to and from cities all over the United States and Europe hundreds of times. I lived more than 2,000 miles from my family for 7 years and now I live 3,000 miles in the opposite direction. To say I’m familiar with packing would be a vast understatement.
After all these years, where better to put my beloved packing list than my travel blog?!
Of course the list varies depending on the occasion, and it is more catered toward women since I am a woman. I have specific lists for camping trips, music festivals, trips to European cities or just to see my sister who has so many coats, I don’t have to pack a single one. For those reasons, it's not one-size-fits-all, but at the very least, it might spark some ideas for you to add to your go-to packing list.
Whether you're going to Paris for 48 hours, or Hawaii for a 10 day beach vacation, below is my version of a "basic" packing list so that you don't forget a single thing:

¡Buena suerte haciendo las maletas!
